finally made a decsion to buy apes, call the company to order and get a machine. i don't have patiance, to deal with a company like that. i mean come on your going to drop 600 bucks and they don't have the personell to answer the phone. sorry hill country i am going with la prime apes now. they answered the phone and took my order. just had to vent

If more people would do this then companies might get rid of the stupid effin' voice mail. I agree--your gonna spend some cheddar, at least have the decency to have a real person answer the phone. I would've done the same thing!

You called one time, got a machine, and are all pissed off? They were probably taking care of another person that was in the shop or on the call. I can understand if there's a pattern, but if you didn't have a scheduled conference call, sometimes you just need to use patience.

HCC is notorious for not answering their phones or returning calls. For as much business as they do, it's quite surprising. I got a kit from them, but I was able to make the deal in person at a rally and the shipped it to me. This isn't the first post I have read about this.

time zone was not a issue it was 2 in the afternoon in ohio, they did call back almost 3 hr's later. they might be busy?? however if you are going to grow a biz, and get bigger you must answer the phone or call back in a reasonable time. just my 2 cents.
