Bugs
Everytime I hear a bug or rock bounce off my FF helmet or face shield with a metalic "tink", I am glad I am wearing it. Knowing that would have left a mark. And that is not a rare thing by no means if you ride a lot.

Have had more than a couple ground hornets go down my shirt. Looked like an idiot trying to pull the bike over and contain them with one hand so they stop biting and stinging. The june bug to the forehead is quite an experience too.

Taking a large bug to the face is never fun. I always wear a FF whenever I know I'm going to be out on the interstate or a highway doing over 50mph. Half helmet for around town. Even then they still sting.
