FLag mount
Im going to Rolling thunder this weekend, well starting my trip at least. I want to take a flag with me and give it to a Soldier who used to work for me. He is currently in ICU and I thought it would be a nice gesture. If anyone could tell me where I can get an inexpensive model on short notice I would appreciate it.

Forgot, I don’t have a sissy bar or anything, Attach pictures or links if possible.
Thank you

Rivco makes a FLAG holder( quality) and EVEN it isn't %1oo mistake proof on the Hwy, Most double Tie the pole to the bike for strenght. I know of no cheap flag holder i'd trust to FLY the AMERICAN FLAG at speed. Do yaself a favor Carry a Flag in your bag, before you tie some homemade holder and disrepect the Flag with it falling off your bike at speed on the parkway. JMHO
this one may work, but my bike is in the shop so I can’t tell if it will work or not.

Haven't tried any yet, but here's a few I found from previous threads here.

X2 on not dropping the flag ... lots of information about the drag effect on a flag at speed.
I didn't see what kind of bike you're riding - the Rivco mounts are solid (and even more so if they're anchored to the bike in a couple of spots. They won't work with the Dyna or softie without some significant mods, though.
Good luck, and I think it's great that you're doing this for a vet.
