Default weak start
Wats up guys..i have an 06 fxst with roughlt 13500 miles on it..the last few times ive ridden ive noticed it sounds pretty weak wen i crank it...i keep a tenderon it all the time..could it possible the stator..any other ideas?

original battery? If so then your not going to get a whole lot more out of it.

With and all electric start bike 3 yrs is about the normal life on a battery and I'd be changing it , hear of guys going 5 or 6 with them but I'm skeptical why risk it .

I had a dead car towed back to the dealer once. The mechanic said it was out of gas & they wouldn't cover it.

Why not buy a 10 dollar voltmeter and test the battery?

The battery has to be load tested & you can't do that with a voltmeter.
