is there any forum people that live close to this company?????
yer i have heard they are slow but it would be nice to just find out if your pipe is actually being made ??? at the coaters??? or what the go is its not like im spending $200 on a exhaust they arnt cheap
Be patient. When I ordered mine it took awhile for it to be made and shipped. Like the other poster said, they make them as they are ordered and send them in to have them coated. So the process takes awhile. But don't give up. I don't think you'll be disappointed with the end result. The exhaust is WELL made.
made one at a time to order, busiest time of year, they coat when they have enough for the coater or chromer to do. Exhaust is not their only product. Not making excuses for them but when you get the pipe it will be worth the wait.I have had 3 of them made.Wait time has been from 1-3 months.Be patient they are killer pipes.

You don't have a phone? Yeah I get the time difference.
What does hand made or quality control have to do with customer service?
Cancel your order before it is too late to do it!
They might be on the up and up (all their fingers are broke so the can't email you back!) and you will get you exhaust in a few months like everyone says.
