cpap for travel
At my wife's demand, I went in for a sleep study back in the late 90's and I had sleep apnea, and I was the loudest snorer and had the most leg movement of anyone that had ever been there before me!
According to my doctor I was figureatively "running" while I was sleeping.
No doubt about it, you definitely get abetter night's sleep (and so does those who sleep with or near you).
When I take my machine with me on a bike trip I put in the bag with my sneakers (and dirty underware) on the tour pack rack.
I even took it snowmobiling a few times and I'll tell you, my room mates loved the h**l out of that little machine.
Glad you guys brought his subject up as I have been slipping here lately about using it so I guess I'd better start wearing it more often.
