cleaning question.

i rode my bike on new years day and then a couple days after. i didn't realize that all the salt was all over my ride. i took it out and washed it today but the fins andtriple treesare not coming clean. they have little spots on them. what can i use to get this stuff off.06 stock superglide.thanks, vinny

Try some S100 on it or simple green and hot water..the salt/calcium cloride mix on the roads is DEADLY on chrome and polished alum. ask me how i know[:'(]

si6, is right, use S100 on the fins (spray it on, leave it for about30/40 seconds and then scrub the fins good, with a sponge and a high end auto soap). Any good aluminum or chromecleaner (Mothers, etc) should take care of the trees.
