Excellent. They have taken things that I thought were both non-warranty items AND items that were out of warranty, but appeared to have some kind of latent mfg. flaw in them -- and replaced them without question.
In addition to their service, I have found their offer to beat anyone's advertised price by $1 to be an additional benefit. I buy from them with the confidence of knowing that if something goes wrong, they stand behind it.
