After a salesman the service writer is the least knowledgeable person at the dealership. The sharpest tack at my dealership is the owners mother in law. She can't be stumped.

2013 defect has been revealed....it's a misprint on all the tank medallions.

They accidentally printed

seems they can't peel the labels off.

I heard the same bs before I bought my '12 RK. This will break, that will go bad, etc etc....
4800 miles later and nothing has happened,maybe I got the only one that was built right?? Bullsh**
