My buddy that rides a bmw is looking for some seat help, anybody ever try the butt buffer?? I suggested buying a Harley but he is too stuborn to admit he messed up. Since all the BMW guys are too stuck on themselves I thought I would ask the brother hood.
I had a Butt Buffer Polymer pad put in the seat of one motorcycle I had. For the first two years it worked well but then it started feeling like the stock seat. I know Butt Buffer claims their pads do not break down but something sure changed with it.
Have him check with his dealer. BMW makes a "comfort seat" that I believe is available for most models. Perhaps they have one for his. I had one on my 1150 RT and it was great.
Have him check this out: ://www.alaskaleather.com/buttpads.html
Sheepskin pads have them on all my bikes. This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Fast service, great product.
