Any body ever think " distresses seller " ? Guy may be in a big hole and need cash in a hurry , seen a lot of fast sales like that over the years and in today's economy with most normal people being cash strapped doesn't take much to put a family in dire straights and the toys go .
Anyone phone the guy?
Reverse look up of the phone number?
Sometimes you have more important bills to pay, like mortgage and food, kids need shoes?
Lots of reasons for a bow-out sale, then again being Canadian we tend to be to dam trusting sometimes,
Rob
The phone number is a Manchester NH area code but that is too cheap. I'd be very wary and especially make sure it isn't a rebuilt title. Scammers usually don't put phone numbers in their ads

I see 05's and under out here for $6000 or less fairly regular and the bay area is one of the highest priced places in the country for a bike . May be a scam but don't nay say till you actually check it out first hand .
Why would someone need to sell on CL when they could just take it to a dealer and get that or more?
TGTBT!!
Not everyone on a harley is lip locked on that dealer titty and if I was selling a bike which I've done a number the dealer is the last place I'd even consider .

Yeah i wouldn't automatically call it a scam either. Seen 04's and 05's with less miles sell for a little more than that.
At least worth checking it out if you are in the market for a bike.
