Cagers are simply too busy texting,talking on the phone, or giggling over the latest facebook post to pay attention to you on the road.
Hell, they probably don't even realize their windshield washer spray goes 20 ft in the f'n air and sprays all over everything within 1/2 mile behind.

Hey...I know, maybe if we somehow framed this to be harmful to the environment or harmful to some tiny little animal these *** hats will think about their actions?

lets review:
someone washes their window. a biker gets a little soap on his bike/person. you go defensive. then you throw up a bunch of straw men to attack. (clue: nobody is talking about text messaging, talking on the phone, or facebook)

lastly, you tried to turn this trivial annoyance into a emo-fest by using hot-button political issues AS IF THEY APPLIED.

you make me sad. and by sad, i mean "ready to push the big red LAUNCH ALL NUKES button"
