Well this sux. Wind & rain is 1 thing - Thunder & Lightnin is sumthin' else
Mostly packed and ready to head out to Riders Roost motorcycle only campground for party and !BOOM! 
The clouds opened up.
I am learning the difference between "isolated" storms."Scattered" storms and "head for cover".
About a 2 hour ride to Riders Roost campground.
And damn I do hate riding in the rain.We will see if it clears out by morning and try it again.
Always a good time when the Roost throws a party.
So what the hell, might as whine on here with 80,000 of my closest friends.

Man I know what you mean. I was riding from the beach in Ventura home to the Pjai valley one night. Biggest thunder storm of the year in Ojai that night. It was rather eery watching the lightning light up the valley up ahead.
