I have had good luck with Bates tactical police boots. Had em three years and very little signs of wear to the souls. I wear them a lot too.
Their winter tactical waterproof boots with thinsulate are great for the winter, nice and warm. The best part is they are not big and bulky like other winter boots, you still can feel your pegs and shifter with them.
