I have nothing against riding like that (most of us have done it at one time or another) but to me riding in shorts and flip-flops is a no-no. Just sayin'.

Way, "back in the day", at least 40 years ago, I remamber how the wind would get inside the beer can and spray beer all over.

Absolutely. I think about a third of it ended up on my chest but the rest still tasted good and the spray cooled me off.

Wow. Never seen that photo before. In 06 on my way to daytona rode next to a guy riding no handed for over an hour and he would nod off occationally. He was crazy. We were on I95 in n. Florida.
