Agreed! Most problems I hear about originate from territory claims, wherin bottom patches claim a state or locality already claimed by say The Hell's Angels i.e. "Minnesota", or the small square 'MC' patch. I would also recommend staying away from any 1%er stuff, not sure if this is as big of deal, but it's a sure sign of a dweeb. Good luck to your friend, I think he is fine with the way you described it.
