I have an 05 Ultra Classic, and a huge 2 week motorcycle trip coming up in May. I am thinking about mounting a small mini DV camera to my handle bars for video of the trip. Going to the Dragon, Blue Ridge Pkwy, etc., about 4500 miles. Has any one done this, and did the videos turn out okay, or was there alot of noticeable vibration? Thanks for your help.
I have an '06 RKC and mounted a Mini DV Camera this weekend. It has Image Stabilizer, but at idle there was alot of vibration. Once moving it was great.
Had some glare from my windshield even with a polarized filter, overall I was satified with the results.
Mounts can be purchased from: www.cyclegadgets.com or www.cammount.com , I sure there are others sites.
