Did he at least have a story about riding in his younger days? I'm amazed at how many folks I meet that used to ride. (and I always ask why they don't anymore)

Very true. I was talking to my uncle a few years ago. Turns out after he got out of the service in WWII, he bought an old Indian and he and my aunt took a ton of trips on it. He had some good stories indeed.

Yes... Like I said, we talked for about 15-20 minutes. I didn't want to ask him about his not riding since his wife/GF was within ear shot and she was the why. But you could tell he longed to be back in the saddle.

Seems like a pretty nice guy, and I'll look forward to talking with him some more in the future.

Wouldn't mind enjoying a dream like this myself.
