Helmets

I'm getting ready to buy new a full face helmet. I have a street bob with 14" apes and I noticed a lot of helmets hurt my neck and or buffer pretty badly on long rides. Any suggestions as to more aerodynamic helmets or reviews on any brands you have or have heard of working better?

Shoei and Arai are hands down the best available.

Good idea getting some tips from others but you should really try each individual helmet on and see for yourself. What one guy likes may not be right for you.

The difference is Oval head is Shoei territory and round head Arai.

I've had several Shoei's in the past and I've loved them. I gave an Icon Alliance a try this time around and I'm very happy with it. Preforms great on the highway. Locks closed solidly. The lens isn't the fastest change. The price difference helps my happiness level.
