Help with Product number of this jacket

I recently purchased this jacket off of Ebay and was wondering if anyone could help ID it for product number or age?

If it's a REAL HD jacket there will be a small tag in one of the inside side seems with a part number on it. It will be XXXXX-XXVM. The 2 numbers in front of the VM tell you the year.

Just my opinion, but I think it's a knockoff. All Harley motor clothes have a part # tag in them and I've never seen a tag like your pic in real HD stuff.

I was wondering that when I couldn't find the usual Harley numbering. But I also thought it might have been an older numbering system, oh well the coat seems well made...
