Ok all I need some help... I have a 2011 Street Glide 103 and it is stock. I am going to do a stage 1 upgrade and I am looking at several different options. I was wanting some input on tuners because the package I am looking at has a power commander 5. Is this a good tuner or should I look else where for a different tuner. To be exact I am looking at the MGS stage 1 package trying to get the most bang for my buck. Also I need some input about seats. My wife went for a ride with me and told me when we got home she felt like she got beat with a 2by4 when we got home and I want her to be confortable so a seat recomdation will be nice too...
Thanks All
We got the Hammock seat for our 2012 SG and it is awesome. My girlfriend got on and didn't stop talking about how much more soft and comfortable it is. It is a bunch more comfortable for me as well. Now it will raise the driver up about an inch, so keep that in mind if you are already reaching to get flat footed.
Also, some HD dealers have the program where you can demo the seats. they loan it to you for an hour or even the day. Costs nothing. you can try any of the seats they offer.
As far as the tuner and stage 1, I've heard mentioned her and elsewhere that the best way to go may be to go with what your tuner guy is best with or most comfortable with. I have the SERT myself

go with a touring model mustang seat .. the price might scare you but you and her will be alot more comfortable. If she is comfortable , she will ride with you more. That could be good or bad lol . The seat might feel a little hard for a couple hundred miles but it will be fantastic after break-in

+1 definatley! If you think you are ever going to have it dyno tuned find a good tuner and use what he likes. I also have the SE Pro Tuner. It's a great tuner. It's a little more involved to program. You have to get the software and cable.
