Did you know that the first twin cam harley was 1919 and only available to factory racers. It became available to the general public in 1928 in both 61 ci and 74 ci. The models where jh and jdh. Harley also had a sport package, the model number is jdl. It has narrow tank,s, smaller wheels and shorter handlebars. The 1929 jdl was a one year only bike,it had a four tube muffler, dual headlights, large klaxon horn and an adjustable generator. I am amazed what has been invented and then reinvented.
