Rode out to Lake Bartlett today , then over to the Hideaway at Cave Creek.Nice 100 mile ride. But the part that sucks is when I got back I loaded the bike back on the trailer to head back to Iowa in the morning.

Cruised to the pet store, the drug store then went down to check the surf out at Blackie's, Newport pier. The surf was a little smaller today, but the conditions were clean with a 3mph. offshore wind for clean conditions. Water is a brisk 56 degrees. All is good. It will be warmer tomorrow , maybe head up to Cook's. Ride safe!

We haven't had a whole lot of cold, snow or ice, so it was just a few days ago. It's been raining since.

Yesterday up here by the Canadian border. Cold and wet, I didn't care... new bike fever kept me warm.

Bike went into storage beginning of November. Hopefully spring comes early. Predicting -6 and -19 temps the next two days in the Chicago area.

Rode to the gym this morning. It's cooled off from about 80 to the mid 60's today. I really feel for you guys up north, I don't know how you do it. I could never live up there again.
