not so much of a problem as you might think. If you can get it to a shop they can helicoil it for you. if you feel brave enough you could do it yourself but it sounds like you had enough now. just check helicoiling and breath a sigh of relief. i did this once myself with a bmw so you're not the first
The OP needs help or suggestions, not criticism. What a bunch of chowder heads. I'm sure most of you have done something like that. Some good suggestions. A good machine shop will help you out and you will be surprised how cheap its is.
Good luck.
Take the bike to a machine shop. They will tell you if you need to pull anything off.
It shouldn't cost much.
FWIW: The only things you did wrong were 1: Not drilling straight down the center of the stud. 2: used too large of a bit, a smaller diameter bit will allow you to be a little off without cutting anything other than the stud.
At the point you're at, it would be worth it to go ahead and purchase or borrow the stud drill guide and try a LH drill bit. Don't be tempted to use an extractor, if you break it off in the hole, you'll be looking for a shop with an EDM. If you can get it out by drilling, get yourself a thin-wall Keensert, then drill and tap according to their chart, way better than helicoil in this application and no special tap required. McMaster Carr has them if your local industrial supplier doesn't stock them. Good luck and use patience, you're not the first one who has made these mistakes.
At this point, you should start calling shops for a quote.
Going to be near impossible to get it out with hand tools with the stud below the casting and creating more damage.
Good luck on getting a phone quote for an extraction. You never know what it's going to take until you get it out. Take it to a shop you trust and believe to be competent and hope for the best but prepare for the worst.
I charge by the hour for extractions and thread insert installation.
Good luck!

Seeing what's been done so far, I gotta wonder how much metal filings got into that exhaust hole that apparently wasn't covered during this work.
Combined with the mileage, pull both heads (fix the roached one), have the valves, guides, and seats gone over. Yank the barrels, have them checked/honed/bored as required. Check play in the rods, get new rings, base and head gaskets. Let someone else put it back together. Sell the torque wrench.
