I've wanted a fairing for a long time, but every time I think about how much it would cost to match the custom paint I just give up. One day Ill ge the stretched bags, stretched tank, stretched fender, and batwing and paint it all at once.
I ordered one last fall. Now I just have to come up with the coin to get it painted & finish the radio install. WTH, the wind protection is nice regardless.....
Well the seller didn't ship on time so I didn't get it yesterday but just checked tracking number and its on the truck to be delivered today. Its goin to make for a long day at work.
I'm growing tired of my fairing. Rode my long rides last year without it. I only use the tunes for the long trip across the prairie which is only a small part of our trips. For that I can use my earbuds. I know. I'm in the minority. And I actually believe my stock RK windsheild provides better wind protection with the exception of the hands. Sorry, don't mean to be a Debbie Downer, I know most people love the tunes. Enjoy.

I'll get one for my heritage eventually, but I'm keeping my windshield just in case I tire of it. Right now I'm tired of using earbuds all the time.
