Really? What happens when you break a rule?

I can only speak from what I've heard and have no actual HOG experience but, I believe if you break a rule your allotment of Pancakes is decreased for a specified period of time. The number of Pancakes decreases based on the severity of the rule infraction. Kinda like gettin suspended here for being a potty mouth I think.

As for the real biker statement, I live to ride, and I hang out with who I want, regardless of what some internet, or real life tough guys think it takes to be a real biker.

OK, I stand corrected. I think that maybe different chapters might have different rules. In my area the "ice cream and cappuccino rule probably doesn't stand as most of the HOG guys and gals around here are home taking their morning nap by the time an ice cream store opens up.
