I just watched a vieo review of the Trucklite lamps and they stated the TL were made in Korea and JW Speaker lamps are made in USA.
From their website: Truck Lite is an American company and although they have other plants around the world making LED products, the Trucklite 7 is made in their plants in this country. DOD uses them for their Hummers. The only Youtube video I found to compare those two brands was dated May 2012. The trucklite they compared was the old Trucklite 6 - not the new 7. JW may well be a very good headlight however and made in America is certainly a plus over HD's.

The tail lights look good Pete. I'm wanting to get LEDs on my bike soon. I just have a "hurdle" to get by...my wife. I think she thinks they're unnecessary.
It was my wife's idea to change our tail lights to LED's. She said if she's on the back, she doesn't want someone running into her. Hasn't let me do the front yet. I wonder if she's trying to tell me something?
I think the HD LED lights look the B#####ks especially in black ..... sometimes it's more about the overall package not the country or origin it is what it is! .... your money your choice
Damn...this makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong.
Thing is, we don't make crap anymore in Canada. Manufacturing has been hit hard. Many have moved oversee and many others have moved back to the USA. Essentially, American made are imports to Canada as well, same as Chinese made is.
My choice is to support made in America. All to many times, i buy from US Businesses that have there stuff made elsewhere. It's a shame and i hate it. I do try to buy Can/USA made whenever i can.
Hey...even my wife is made in the USA!

Sorry but that made me laugh!
I'm not 100% sure why she seems to not want them. And I don't know if I mentioned it here but I've talked about pipes from day 1 and she said she'd rather I get pipes, than the lights. I'm about ready to just order them and let whatever happens, happen.

I got the truck lite phase 7 headlight and spots for my Ultra, from Eastern Performance in MD ( http://www.easternperformance.com/ )as a package deal. Less then $375.00 and free shipping outside of MD. Sorry Harley I like the look of the Truck Lite better than the "bug eyes" that you sell.
Comparing the two aim settings, the OEM Passing Lamps are aimed way off to the right and the LED version calls for straight ahead aim. I would have thought the other way around makes more sense.
