Hey Guys is this rediculous? restocking fee's, shipping fee's etc?
I have purchased items from JP cycles where the item is misrepresented as far as not like pictures or they show parts with the item that are not included and when returned I have to pay a restocking or return fee? thats nuts how many have had the same experience? why should I pay for there not as described item.
I am sure this post will be removed by moderators but I feel JP cycles should fix this problem.

The only time I have been charged a restocking fee is when it was my mistake in ordering the wrong part. Fair enough, they have to pay people to handle the parts. If it was their mistake I didn't have to pay return shipping or restock fees.
