Would anybody know if the "HD" lower end chrome tip (#59664-03); is made of metal or plastic? Have seen metal ones.

I bought a Kuryakyn one for my switchback, and it is plastic. It it held on with double sided tape. I thought the HD ons were metal and have screws that go through the fender.
Guess Kuryakyn is METAL. Bought one new off EBay for $39.95 today; seller says it is METAL. we will see I guess....
Just got fender tail end flap/tip today. At first it felt like PLASTIC ; then I took my pocket knife and put a small scratch within screw hole. Its CAST METAL; to answer my own question.
Has the two sided tape on too with a allen screw.
