Can someione help identify this tourpack and fairing lowers?
Saw these today, wondering if they are stock setups from Harley.
I like the low profile tour-pack; and those lowers with the speakers look pretty cool.
Thanks!
I just added a Coocase Astra S50 top trunk on my RGC. I was looking at the chopped down HD case. But the Coocase from www.twistedthrottle.com was $229 and that included the led running/stop lights built in, case liner, security alarm and fob to open the trunk. It hold two FF helmets with ease and 15 seconds after you shut it the lock activates. The alarm will sound for an hour if disturbed. The battery is charged by the bikes battery. The alarm uses 1 amp and the alarm battery uses 6 mA. The bike battery will last 18 days before getting discharged if it is not ridden.
I mounted it to the HD luggage rack that goes onto the four point hitch. Since the HD rack was not level, I made a spacer out of a pine board that worked well. Got done this evening and no pictures yet. The matte black was a very close match for the black denim of the Road Glide.
Saved a ton of $ and it looks good on the bike. All the wiring and inline fuses is included with the case. A back rest is available for $40.
I liked the cut down HD one but wanted more red lights on the rear and this case was the answer for about $1K less than the HD setup.
I run a Givi E55 Maxima NT on a detchable rack on my Road King. For the price of the back rest that goes on the Tour Pak I got 55L of storage. Doesn't look too bad either (now that's a matter of opinon).
I've used Givi stuff for years on all my bikes, its hard to beat. I'll try and post a couple pics.
