Or these if you want steel toes.
These are Altama boots. Very comfortable and not too expensive. Plus they last forever and you can easily have them resoled at most shoe shops.
These are also nice. I have these and they are very easy on the feet for a safety toed boot. Magnum composite toe 8inch w/ side zip.

IMO I prefer boots over any other type of shoe.I have had broken ankles,numerouse serious sprains,strains etc.. And IMO again,would rather walk a mile in my boots than clogs,again,JMHO on this issue. I have my good boots re-soled about every two years and have some that are about ten years old,can wear them all day,walk forever in them and do not have to carry an extra set of shoes when traveling long distance on the bike.
I would imagine that these clogs are more prominant depending on where you live?

Things a RUB knows that a real biker doesn't....
-Harley Dealers will accept a personal check for the purchase of a bike, accessories, and motorclothes.
-HD motorclothes are actually comfortable and well made.
-Having a selection of CLEAN doo-rags keeps your helmet smelling nice.
-A helmet is that funny looking big hat some people wear when they ride.
-Most fru-fru mineature breeds of dog can ride comfortably in a saddlebag.
-To avoid poaching your pup, don't put your mineature fru-fru dog in the bag on the same side as the pipes. If you have duals put them in the Tour Pak.
-They don't have kick starters anymore.
-EVO's aren't the newest motors - there's a new one called a Twin-Cam, they run good.
-The shifter isn't on the side of the tank anymore, ya do it with your foot now.
-It doesn't have to hurt like that when you ride, suspension is a good thing.
-No, he's not anDEA agent, that thing in his ear is an IPOD (it plays music).
-The Hooters waitresses really, really like big tips.
-Corona with lime tastes better the Pabst Blue Ribbon.
That's all I can think of right now!
