and sneakers !? Brilliant. I never watched full-screen before, but, O U C H, you can see he slid on his elbow and hand for a bit. When he jumps up and calmly walks off, I think his brain was screaming to him: "Uh, maybe we should have worn some gear, Bro?" :-)
This is the video. This is what (almost) happened to me today. Same situation, I was following a dual sport bike so I went into the turn too fast. Only I didn't dump it. I went off the road into the dirt. That would ordinarily mean the end. But.... I pitched it sideways and slowed it down until I could regain traction.
