I bought a tire from them last month. It was manufactured 2 months prior (checked the dot embossing) and delivered 4 days after ordered.
If a need to have item maybe call for availability first?
Some things are beyond the re-sellers ability to predict when their suppliers will deliver.
My indie told me to order from them and I'd do it again.

Dennis Kirk all the way. Ordered brake cable recently and had it in three days. Awesome customer service and correct products shipped consistently. Never had a problem. Any concerns on product fitment, they answer emails and the phone calls promptly all the time..........

I agree they are horrible. Took a week for a antenna to ship. Then it broke during normal operation. Took a month for them to issue a credit. All the while dealing with bs emails from them. Total run around.

I am stationed in Germany, I ordered a windshield pouch from them through amazon. They charged me 64.00 to ship to an APO. According to their shipping chart listed on their website, it should have cost less than 10.00. Several emails and an hour phone call later they realized a leather pouch did not weigh 16 pounds and as courtesy they would refund a portion of their overcharge. Terrible customer service and everyone I contacted was rude and had an I don't care attitude! Never will I do business with the again

I've purchased through them several times as there prices are hard to beat. Only "bad" experience was one time they sent the wrong item, couple phone calls and I had a prepaid shipping label email to me. Mailed the item back Monday and had my credit card reimbursed by the end of the week, I was satisfied with the way it was handled. Sorry to hear about others problems though, if they can consistently come through on the customer service they would make a killing with the prices they have.
