I got it locally for around $55 a while back but here's a good place as well:

Are those Surefire flashlights as bad-assed as folks say they are? I know a lot of guys that have them out on the flightline.

With the hook and magnet these work great, have one in/on all my rides. I also carry at least a couple small LED flashligts.

I keep some military issue chem lights with me. They work great as a roadside flare, non toxic, non flammable, numerous colors, shelf life is measured in years and cost about a $1 each. I also carry a military issue LazerBrite Tactical Light from www.lazerbrite.com

Did the same on the Jeep, have about five of them left in the Jeep center console.

Gave one away last year when on my way between Michigan and VA: About nine pm on I-64, guy on a bike sitting on the side of the road with no lights; dark night, black bike, guy wearing all black (my wife said "how in the world did you see him?!?"). Turned around and went back--said he was fine, didn't need any help, he'd just run out of gas and was waiting for roadside assistance to show up (had already called them). Had no lights as he didn't want to drain the battery, so I grabbed one of these and gave it to him so that at least he'd be visible when roadside assistance showed up. It was cheap--didn't mind giving it away, and I know they last a long time: Was coming back from a long weekend camping with nieces & nephews and had given each of them a flashlight--they got abused the entire weekend and were just as bright the last night as they were the first!

Even better when they are giving them away with purchase and more so when free with out any purchase. I have them all over the place. There are three in sight from my couch and one in reach. At least one in/on every car bike. Not hard to change the batteries when they start to dim either.
I even repaired one of mine. Bad solder connections.

Yea they send me flyers with the coupons and I also get them in magazines. Like someone else mentioned, I've also given several away as needed. I have all sorts of lights, tactical flashlights, mag lights, work lights, etc. but these are hard to beat for the price.

I have a pair of those headband lights that I picked up at a box store. I don't remember the brand. It's LED and works. I have the use of both hands. I paid $12.50 a piece. One I keep on the bike and the other for the garage.

I have a Streamlight in the saddlebags, but after reading this I realize a headlamp would make a lot more sense in those instances when both hands are needed.

My wife says I have way too many flashlights. I say, "Hello, my Name is Bill. I am a flashlight addict..."
