Renting a bike in Maui

Don't buy online! Wait until you arrive and take advantage of the specials. Rentals are available in Kahului, Lahaina, and Kaanapali. You can find the details online. I rent every year when I am in Maui and this year Lahaina (downtown) had a good selection with competitive rates ($100 day). SJ Ron (I recommend Hana highway, Up Country, and the West Maui loop around the west side of the island).

We had a great experience with Maui Harley in Lahaina. Good people, rental was reasonable. On front street about a block south from the banyan tree, on the opposite side of the street. If memory serves we dealt with a guy named Ed, who was great.

Well, we made it! I know I didn't get a whole lot of suggestions, but the ones I did get were very helpful. We rented an electraglide for a day and made the west maui loop and continued on around the east side for while. When we returned the bike the guy was impressed with the 150 miles we put on the bike. I told him that's just getting started in AZ. we rented from hog riders in lahaina and paid about 160 i think. Thanks fellas!
