I built it on a tight budget, and used allmost everything out of the electri glide motor,trans, shocks, front turn signals, wireing harness, the original gas tank is under the hood, so I could use the gauge and fuel pump out of it. all the gauges and switch is out of the ferring. Even the switch housings off of the handel bars I cut in half welded side by side and fastened to the dash. I fabbed a sway bar and used the original motor mount turn buckles to fasten it to the front axle. Also used the front wheels, rotors and calipers. I did have to re lace the wheels onto some sportster hubs because I only needed a rotor on one side and needed a narrow hub to fit onto the turned down ford spindles. For the drive train I converted it back to chain drive if you see the guard on the trans it has a short jack shaft to another chain and below the body it then runs back to a gear box for reverse and the into gold wing swing arm with shaft drive. It was a winter project that took 4 1/2 months, mainly weekend work and a few beers and brain storming with the buddy's.

This is'nt the one in the mag it takes a year to be published it was last years project the orange sporty trike. no one wants this one for a spread. they don't know where to put it Bike, Hot rod, custom? Whitch I think is kind of cool.
