[QUOTE=Fatbobiron;11487063]You gotta love it when someone feels the need to post some dumb *** cartoon to demean other riders for CHOOSING to upgrade their exhaust.
Its just a cartoon. But sometimes guys go overboard (dragpipes) and are actually "downgrading" thier bikes with less performance.
In the back of my mind I'm sticking it to the Government and the EPA every time I roll down the street.
Hell that alone makes it worth every fn dollar.
yeah, and in the front of everyone else's mind you are sticking it to the entire motorcycling community. there is one of you, and there are untold numbers of people that you've pissed off. and they vote.
now i'm not advocating that we don't change out our pipes. i think the stock ones are too quiet too. but, i am advocating responsible use of your aftermarket exhaust. you may think its cool to ride downtown and listen to your pipes reverberate off the buildings, but i assure you, there are many more people who don't.
There are those kids that wave at you and give you thumbs up. Then, there are kids like this that cry and their parents tell em not to look at the bikers.

How loud are my pipes?
Don't know huh?
Do I ride in normally quiet areas showing my *** and revving my engine?
What's that smart ***?
You don't know?
STFU
That's the problem with you holier than thou types.
You think you know what's best for everyone or how everyone should act or how Loud or quiet everyone's pipes should be. Damn....I can't figure out how this country has slid so fn far down the PERSONAL choice and responsibility meter.
Guess what?
I vote too!!!!!!!!!
Know what else???????
A lot of true independent motorcycle enthusiasts do as well.
