That would be a loose screw. A whole different mechanical arena.
Use standard lock-tite, not the heavy duty. Put them down hand tight, never use a torque wrench (ok well technically not never) on lock-tited nuts because it will give you inaccurate readings. But a little dab and some hand turning should solve your problem.
As for your other nuts, find a doctor how the hell would I know?
