Note what model car they are driving, the color, license plate, the direction of travel and the street. Find a place to pull over, call 911 and report them as a drunk driver.

I actually find people for the most part to be more polite when I am on my Harley's. Once in a while I will get someone following me too close, but I will usually slow down, turn around and give them a **** you look and they back off.
I have only had one guy cut me off on purpose, and I followed him long enough that he started freaking out trying to get away from me.

I'm thinking most of us put more miles on our *cages* than we do on our scooters. Are we the culprit?

I put less than 1500 miles on my car the past 12 months. Since I ride more than I drive I deal with it almost daily.
