Hog Deluxe
After reading some of the complaints on this site concerning Hog Deluxe I was very very hesitant about ordering anything from them. I sent Chad an email last night concerning a true dual swingarm bag for my deluxe. He emailed me back and said he had one in stock and he sent me a pic. I made it a point to call him and ask him about the troubles that he was having with taking care of people on here and he explained to me that he had to let someone go and he has downsized his operation. He said he is slowly trying to makeup for some of the wrongs that he has caused for some of the members on this site. After we talked I decided to place an order with him this afternoon for the bag. He promised me that he would ship it out to me today and email me a tracking number. An hour later and I had that tracking number. Hopefully the rest of the transaction will be as smooth as it has been thus far. I really like the look of his products and hopefully he can right the ship and get everything taken care of that he has promised. I will update this thread once I receive the bag next week. Just thought I would share some insight on what I was told today.
