interesting but as someone else said, looks ugly as hell. looks like something he pieced together in his garage. no thanks.

Ok, I'll play.......what drives the blowers rotors? Turbos are driven by exhaust, blowers are driven by belts.

Looks like it uses a special cam cover and it's driven from the crank.

that setup has been around longer than turbos have.You just have to stay on the rich side and it lived good.The first one I saw was on a panhead chopper that ran good and lasted good as well

The clearance between the front fender & breather on a turn can't be much.

Turbos aren't real pretty. You want fast . Don't care what it looks like.
