I'm guessing it will do the same thing it does on Goldwings...

That is, equalize pressures on the "rider side" of the windshield, and in doing so, reduce buffeting that comes from having a "low pressure" condition immediately behind the shield...

Omg I don't dig the front fairing. Looks oriental to me. Hope it grows on me. I like the new rims and calipers on the Street Glide though. Lol
