Maybe the guy did nto mean to mess with you, it was late and you don't know if he just got off work, might have just left the bar? who knows. Yeah next time use the horn, if the pipes are loud use them too as most will not hear someone yelling. Gald you are ok.

Love to hear all the "I wouldn't back up" and "Shoot Him" but you never hear, "I got my dumb *** ran over" or I'm finally out of jail for shooting a guy backing up. Go figure.
Anyone besides a internet hero knows the first rule is get you dumb *** out of the path of the offending vehicle and then deal with the situation. But I guess some have hero worship for those that get run over. Makes you some sorta real he man biker laying in a hospital bed knowing "I showed them"!
We use Glocks, dam'it man get onboard. ;-)
