Oh ya Rain or shine very day. You can have the worst day at work, as soon as you fire up the HD you forget all about it, It's kinda like a drug

I originally bought my bike for recreational use. I did not plan to make it a daily commuter bike. Well now that hurricane Katrina has "altered" the price and availability of gas so much here in the Atlanta area, I have changed my mind. I am equiping my bike with a day bag to carry my necessities and I will make it my daily ride unless weather just won't permit that. And it will have to be pretty extreme weather to get me to drive my Jeep to work. I will enjoy my lower gasoline bills and spend it on the bike.

I ride to work every day weather permitting (it has to be bad for me not to go). I haven't driven my car since I took delivery of the bike (it has only been about a week) At $3.09/gallon I will have my bike paid off in gas savings alone!

I ride to work every day that the weather is not forecast for rain or drastic cold. I'm looking right now to purchase a Gerbing heated jacket/glove set...

We're now at the $3/gal mark here, its bike all the way! I hear Charlotte is at $3.99 already and the mayor ordered pumps to be shut off at midnight tonight.

I ride my bike every single day, but since the Ultra's in the shop I rode the Chinese crap today. Abot 400 miles to the gallon.
