Default Wheels for Fatboy
My wife wants new wheels for her fatboy. The H/D chrome slotted six-spoke wheel or the H/D chrome thunderstar wheel. Which do you think would look the best on a yellow fatboy. If you have either can you show some pics. Thanks.

personally between those 2 the thunderstars get my vote,especially the mirrored chrome ones.

harleygold,what kind of windshield do you have.Is it the windvest? reason i ask i have 12.5 apes and was thinking of getting a windshield like the tombstone or even the windvest not sure yet.Wanted one for those just in case i need one kind of thing.How do you like yours?

05HC, Thumbs up on the wife's Yellow Fatboy. I own an 06 Yellow Fatboy. Chromed lace wheels(spokes) were the optionI choseon mine when I purchased it. I definitely like the ones from HD. I'm sure there are nicer ones out there but for the price I got something I wanted. Now, I'm considering going with wide whitewalls when I replace my tires.

Harleygold, I've got an 06 Fatboy(yellow) that came with chrome spokes from HD. Seriously thought about going with whitewalls and didn't know how it would look. Figured it would be good but now that I've seen your fatboy picture with them I know it's definitely what I'll go with. YOur bike looks sharp by the way.

It isn't yellow, but the chrome six spokes look good and are easy to clean.
