AMEN...I'll never forget...was @ work and our CC came in to tell us "turn on TV & get ready to deploy troops." We were stunned at the images of 1st plane when 2nd one hit.
o man how could anyone ever forget, my hats off to folks in our military, you folks are the best. I don't say that cause I live in the usa I say it cause I know it. thank you all and heartfelt for the ones that gave all.
My son was 19 and in the WI ARNG. I knew the world had just become a more dangerous place. The images of the people jumping are burned in my brain, but unfortunately absent from the media, so it will be hard for younger people to understand the depravity, in the future.
Several people from my high school died there, and my sisters live within smelling distance of the ruins.
This is my son that ended up being deployed in 2005, about 1987.
