Helmet Friendly Hood?

Default Helmet Friendly Hood?
I'm looking into buying some new rain gear, and I've seen the statement "Helmet Friendly Hood" a number of times. Someone told me it means that the hood fits OVER the helmet, but that seems unlikely to me.

Does anyone know what they mean by "Helmet Friendly Hood"?
