black jacket huh? i think i know that guy, only difference is he wears a black SUMMER hat. oh well, probably not him. better luck next time.

If you live in that area you better start wearing pink leathers. With a cash reward you better believe they will arrest someone.....not necessarily the guilty one.
"Harley type motorcycle, black leather jacket etc.....what a fargon lame description.

thinking more on this. I wonder if the winter hat had a large brimto itand was pinned up on one side, maybe with a feather in it. hmmmmmmmm.

i can tell the cop doesnt ride because if i saw a harley i would have been able to give the year model factory color and probally identify several accesories.
