Msrp?
I could be wrong about this but I thought I read somewhere that Harley dealers aren't allowed to sell new bikes for under msrp. This demand comes from Harley itself. Does anyone know if this is true? I'm looking for the best deal on a 2014 Streetglide, and I plan on the purchase in March. This is the first new Harley I've ever purchased, so I'm walking on new ground here, just looking for suggestions!

Your best chances of getting any kind of a deal are in the next couple of months. Dealers could be sitting on inventory when sales slow down and want to get them off floor plan. When you get close to the start of riding season the dealers will be taking advantage of it.

I think it's fair to say you won't get very far below MSRP on the new bikes however. One or two may have done it along the way, but I'd say you'll be w/in 2k of MSRP if you can even get them down that far.
