What year is this frame

I have the frame i believe is a 69. It has code j9 on the top motor mount. No vin. Im selling it on ebay and some guy is telling me its a 79... http://m.ebay.com/itm/131061698957?nav=SEARCH&sbk=1

It's hotter than a 16 yr old hooker I can tell you that much , post 1970 definately but somebody did a job on the numbers boss on the right neck side of that frame . I have a bare 68 - 69 frame sitting in the garage right now and there big differences .

That frame looks real close to what I've owned in the past-1977 Super Glide,1983 Wide Glide.. Without a title,and no numbers it's worth about $2.00 for scrap.
